Substitution Policy
Substitution Policy
To guarantee the freshest bouquet possible, we may replace some stems in your arrangement for color or flower variety. While we always do the best to match the picture shown, sometimes different vases may be used. Any substitution made will be similar to the original design and be of equal or greater value.
Floral and Plant Substitutions
For bouquets and plants of one variety, such as roses or orchids, we focus on matching the floral type but may substitute for different colors.

How it Works:
1) Select Your Frequency,
- Standard: one Seasonal*, vased arrangement per month for 3 months
- Deluxe: one Seasonal, vased arrangement per month for 6 months
- Premium: one Seasonal, vased arrangement per month for 12 months
2) Select your first desired Delivery Date. Following deliveries will be made around the same time each month.
3) Enter the delivery information and any special instructions.
*Seasonal Bouquets are Designer's Choice by nature, but we will do our best to accommodate color palette requests, i.e. pastels, jewel tones, bright & cheery.
4) Check it off your list for the time being, and set a reminder for your renewal!
